Kiinteistö Oy Bulevardin Mallasmakasiini, Helsinki

Mallasmakasiinit is an old Helsinki value building that was originally designed for the traditional Sinebrychoff brewery in the late 19th century. The premises have housed the Rettig Group headquarters since 1990, after the company acquired Sinebrychoff in the 1980s.

Recently, the property underwent a major renovation. The aim was to update the cultural and historical building with its materials and modernize it to a condition worthy of it. Casa Dolce Casa - Casa Mood Calacatta Smooth has been chosen as the surface material for floors and walls, suitable for the head office.
