In façade renovation, housing companies favor long-life ceramic façade planks. Asunto Oy Raskinpolku 8 ceramic facade planes from ABL-Laatat were chosen as the façade material.

The facade repair project won the Facade Renovation 2013 competition. The façade renovation significantly improved the aesthetic appearance of the façades and combined the façade renovations with major technical improvements, at the same time achieving a lot in terms of living comfort and energy efficiency.
