Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoki's Y-building is owned by the Southern Ostrobothnia Hospital District and the City of Seinäjoki. The property was built during 2009-2012. ABL-Laatat supplied Y-talo with ceramic tiles for the public space, also facades.
